Other weeds prevented are clover, ground ivy, chickweed, henbit, and nutsedge. Apply Scotts Turf Builder Triple Action Built For Seeding to a dry lawn when temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 90°F, then lightly water to activate. This product is for use on newly seeded, overseeded, or newly planted Kentucky Bluegrass, Tall Fescue, Perennial Ryegrass, Centipedegrass, and Fine Fescues. We recommend applying this lawn care product with a Scotts spreader. For Scotts broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 4 1/2. For Scotts drop spreaders, use a setting of 7.
