This is an earlier model from 1997 qnd is a Guess chronograph of the Waterpro series. The case is round at 40mm in diameter and has a brushed nickel finish. The Bezel is a full faced divers type that is functional, is heavily bossed, and has a gold finish. The crystal is perfect and protects a checkered dial that has 3 sub dials for the chrono functions. The movement is a quality module from Seiko and it has been checked for proper operation by a professional. A fresh battery and rear seal will be installed before shipping. The strap is genuine padded brown leather and will fit up to a 8" wrist. This timepiece looks and performs as new, and my asking price is not much more than its parts would sell for.
